Every Lab. Every Protocol. Every Touchpoint.
This is exactly how a physician in the RestoreLab network takes you from "something’s off" to a plan that’s built for YOUR biology — day by day, lab by lab, no hand-waving.
What Gets Measured, and Why It Matters.
Total Testosterone
The baseline marker everyone talks about. Only useful in context — age, free fraction, and SHBG change what it means.
Free Testosterone
The bioavailable portion. Often more diagnostic than total T, especially when SHBG is elevated.
SHBG
Sex hormone-binding globulin — controls how much testosterone is actually available to your tissues.
Estradiol (E2)
The estrogen that matters in men. Too low or too high both cause symptoms; balance is the goal.
Thyroid (TSH, Free T3/T4)
Energy, metabolism, mood. Subclinical dysfunction is frequently missed in standard panels.
Metabolic Panel
Glucose, A1C, lipids, kidney and liver markers. Confirms safety to treat and catches adjacent issues.
Inflammation (hs-CRP)
Low-grade systemic inflammation affects hormone metabolism, sleep, and recovery.
Hematocrit & PSA
Safety monitoring markers. Reviewed at baseline and again mid-program to catch anything that needs a dose adjustment.
Day-By-Day, Start to Finish.
Day 0 — Apply
A five-minute application is submitted and enters the review queue. Our team reads every submission within 24 hours; applicants hear back personally, whether accepted or not.
Day 1–3 — Onboarding call
If accepted, a care coordinator schedules a non-clinical onboarding call to walk through what’s coming, confirm the correct lab location, and answer logistics questions before any charges.
Day 3–7 — Baseline labs
A physician-issued lab order is sent. The patient walks into a LabCorp or Quest near them (no appointment). Results typically return to the physician within 3–5 business days.
Day 7–10 — Physician consult & protocol design
A board-certified physician licensed in the patient’s state reviews the full panel in a secure video consult. Together, they design an initial protocol based on lab findings, symptoms, and goals.
Day 10 — Medication ships
Custom-compounded medication ships that day from an state-licensed U.S. compounding pharmacy. Supplies, dosing instructions, and safety information included. Packaging is unmarked.
Days 10–45 — Active protocol
The patient is on protocol. The physician remains directly accessible via secure messaging for any questions, side-effect monitoring, or early adjustments. Most patients begin noticing shifts in energy and recovery in weeks 4–6.
Day 45 — Mid-program labs
A second comprehensive panel is ordered and completed at a walk-in lab. Results return to the physician within 3–5 business days.
Days 45–50 — Protocol tuning
The physician compares the mid-program labs against baseline, reviews symptom changes with the patient, and adjusts dose up, down, or sideways based on how the body is actually responding.
Days 50–85 — Dial-in phase
Fine adjustments. Most patients stop noticing symptoms during this window because the symptoms are no longer there. Protocol is refined rather than dramatically changed.
Day 85–90 — Final labs
Final comprehensive panel. Captures the full arc of the program so the physician can make a data-supported recommendation.
Day 90 — Final review & decision
Physician and patient review all three lab sets together. Three options, always the patient’s choice: continue on a maintenance protocol at a reduced rate, taper off under physician guidance, or stop entirely. There is no auto-renewal and no default charge.
Every Piece, One Price.
Comprehensive Lab Panel (×2)
Baseline at start and follow-up at day 45. Hormone, metabolic, inflammation, and safety markers — collected at walk-in labs near you.
Board-Certified Physician
A licensed physician in your state reads every panel personally, designs your protocol, and remains directly accessible throughout the program.
Compounded Medication, When Prescribed
Compounded medication, prescribed by the affiliated physician based on your lab results when clinically appropriate. Compounded products are prepared by state-licensed U.S. compounding pharmacies and are not themselves FDA-approved products.
Direct Physician Messaging
Secure messaging with the physician anytime during the program. Responses typically within a few hours, no chatbots, real clinical judgment.
Care Coordinator
A dedicated non-clinical care coordinator handles scheduling, shipping logistics, and questions outside of clinical care.
Mid-Program Dose Adjustments
Day 45 labs plus physician-driven tuning. The protocol evolves with the data, not on a fixed schedule.
Final Review & Transition Plan
Day 90 physician consult and an honest recommendation: maintain, taper, or stop. You decide what happens next.
All-Inclusive, Transparent Pricing
One price covers labs, medication, physician time, messaging, and support. No upsells, no hidden fees, no auto-renewals.
